Use it. Don't resell it.

Buying a Loopshots pack (or downloading a free clip) gives you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the clips in that pack. Here's what that means.

You can

  • Use clips in your own projects and in work for clients: websites, landing pages, apps, ads, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, films, presentations, events and broadcasts.
  • Edit freely — crop, recolour, speed-ramp, loop, composite, add text and sound.
  • Use clips in monetised videos and paid advertising.
  • Use them in unlimited projects, forever. No attribution required.
  • Deliver a clip to a client as part of the finished work (their site, their ad, their video).

You can't

  • Resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the clips, on their own or in a bundle — including stock sites, template marketplaces, wallpaper packs, NFT drops or “free footage” collections.
  • Upload clips as a standalone video or compilation where the clip is the main content.
  • Use clips in a product whose main value is letting others download or reuse them (e.g. a video template you sell).
  • Use clips in anything unlawful, defamatory, or that implies endorsement by a real person or brand.
  • Claim the clips as your own original footage for content-ID or copyright registration.

Teams

A purchase covers one person or one company of up to 10 people. Freelancers can use the clips for any number of clients. Larger teams: email us.

AI-generated content

Every clip is AI-generated (text-to-video models) or rendered procedurally from our own shaders, then reviewed. Clips contain no real people, logos or readable text. Some platforms ask you to label AI-generated media — please follow their rules. Because other buyers hold the same license, clips are not exclusive.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded the pack yet. Email hello@getloopshots.com with your receipt.

Warranty

Clips are provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. If a clip ever turns out to be unsuitable for a reason we should have caught, tell us and we'll replace it or refund it.
